Famous Cheese Spreads

While a New Skete Cheesecake is the perfect end to a dinner, the sisters’ cheese spreads make the rest of the meal a hit. Whether you use the Bacon Cheddar spread to effortlessly change a plain burger into a Bacon Cheeseburger or any of their other varieties as a complement to a plate of veggies, their delicious cheese spreads are sure to please anyone and everyone.

This small monastery in upstate New York is producing what many believe to be the finest cheesecakes in the country all made by hand by the sisters. In between daily prayers, the nuns make a limited number of cheesecakes each day, just as they’ve done for nearly four decades. They’ve been featured on the Rachael Ray Show as well as The New York Times.
