It includes six of Kossar’s freshly baked bagels or bialys, your choice of cream cheese and smoked fish salad, smoked salmon for an extra touch of luxury, a dozen mini black and white cookies, and a pastrami sandwich kit from Pastrami Queen, including one pound of sliced pastrami, eight slices of unseeded rye bread, four pickles, and New York deli mustard.

Founded by Isadore Mirsky and Morris Kossar in 1936, Kossar’s Bialys is the oldest bialy bakery in the U.S., most famous for its bialys, a chewy bread named after The Jews from Bialystok, Poland. Perfect for breakfast or as dinner accompaniment, Kossar’s Bialys are not to be missed.

Originally named Pastrami King when it was founded in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in 1956, this quintessential New York deli eventually relocated to Queens (hence the name change), then Manhattan’s Upper East Side and Upper West Side.
