Pastry Chef Cindy Kruse opened Cindy Lou’s Cookies, a classic All-American cookie shop, in 2017. Her Miami cookie shop specializes in big, old fashioned, seriously delicious cookies. Trained at The Culinary Institute of America, Cindy spent a decade working with some of the best chefs in the United States, including Emeril Lagasse and Jean Georges Vongerichten. Every one of the whimsical cookies at Cindy Lou’s reflects her culinary pedigree. Each cookie, like the Lemon Cloud cookie, has its own custom dough, and every ingredient is handmade in house.
