Creole Chicken Dinner Kit for 2 (Gluten-Free)

To make his signature Creole chicken, Chef Gregory brines skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs and smothers them in a Creole pepper sauce that’s spiced with habanero, black pepper, and a traditional herbaceous marinade called epis. It’s served alongside Salad Russe (potatoes, beets and peas in a tangy-creamy remoulade), Haitian rice & beans, and a Haitian Chocolate & Peanut Butter Tart for dessert.
