Paesan’s Pizza has been in business since 1994. Their Brooklyn style pizza is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Each pie is hand-tossed and made to order using California tomatoes and Wisconsin cheese that is pasteurized to perfection. Their classic cheese pizza is made with fresh vine-ripened California tomatoes and topped with Wisconsin whole milk mozzarella.

Paesan’s was founded by Brooklyn-born brothers Frank, Vinny and Lorenzo Scavio in 1994, and they continue to run the business today with their families. It took a lot of hard work for the college-age brothers to get the business off the ground back when it was just one Albany pizza restaurant, but their Brooklyn-style pizza slowly gained enough local traction that today there are five locations in the Capital District, each with loyal followings.
