Handmade by pizza legend Al Santillo himself, this pack includes one each of Santillo’s four signature pizzas: Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage, and “The 1964” with mozzarella & pecorino romano. Each pizza sold helps Santillo’s recover from the devastating fire of January 2024.

Al Santillo is pizza royalty. A third-generation pizza maker, he first started working the pizza oven at age five at the family pizzeria & bakery, which was founded in Elizabeth, New Jersey, in 1918 and moved into its current location in 1957. Al took over in the 1980s, and Santillo’s has gone down as a pilgrimage-worthy pizza landmark. Sadly, tragedy struck in January 2024, when a fire destroyed the storied pizzeria and badly damaged the prized hundred-plus year-old brick oven. Al has vowed to rebuild, and in the meantime he’s set up shop in a nearby pizza parlor, where he continues to make every pizza, by hand, using the same tried-and-true techniques he’s spent the past 60-plus years perfecting.
