Branzino – Whole Fish, Sustainable

Branzino, or European Sea Bass, is a wonderfully mild and flaky fish with an almost sweet flavor. These Mediterranean fish are about 1lb. each. We can send these fish whole, filleted, steak or cleaned (gutted). It is an extremely versatile fish, great baked, grilled or broiled. Fresh (never frozen!) farmed raised.
